At the direction of Minister Gerald Muhammad, the NOI Denver Study Group is organizing believers around a practical purpose: community self-reliance, continuity and economic prosperity. Twenty core families will anchor family representation and facility operations; the wider community is part of the mission from the start.
FOI and MGT-GCC classes, together with our Wednesday and Sunday meetings, are the starting places to gather families, identify skills and turn the proposal into shared work.

Elders and young adults learning side by side: raising seedlings, caring for crops, maintaining growing systems and preparing a harvest for community households. Every growing season can strengthen both our food supply and our practical knowledge.
Our vision brings production, training, storage, distribution and stewardship together. The land matters because of what our people can do there, and what those activities can make possible for the whole community.

A community that prospers
Families are the anchor for representation, stewardship and the everyday work of operating the facilities. The wider community is our intended customer base for produce, agricultural products and future offerings.
A family that does not contribute to the starting fund can still help sustain the enterprise by buying its products, sharing skills, volunteering, learning and participating in community life. Financial support is one way to contribute; it is not a condition of belonging.

The next planning step is to learn what families want to buy, at what quantities and prices, and build a viable operating budget. Sales and prosperity are goals, not guaranteed returns.

At the direction of Minister Gerald Muhammad, this proposal begins with consistent participation and careful stewardship. Housing and community resources belong in the plan from the beginning.

Organize the core families
Establish family representation and operating responsibilities. Gather skills, participation interests and optional financial commitments.

Secure suitable land
Verify ownership, minerals, usable water, legal access and a credible path to the intended housing capacity.

Produce, serve and grow
Develop production, storage, tools, training and distribution. Serve community customers and plan for ongoing operations. Add homes through a separate, approved development plan.
What consistency makes possible
A shared starting fund
If twenty financially supporting families each contribute $250, the starting fund would receive $5,000 per month. The community includes families who contribute in other ways.

A commitment with clarity
Registration is an expression of interest. An organizing commitment is a separate, voluntary step. Final financial terms must be adopted before money is collected.

Questions worth asking
Does signing up commit me to pay?
No. Registration records interest. You may separately sign an organizing statement with your intended amount and duration. The website does not collect payments or authorize automatic withdrawals.
Will every family receive a homesite?
No homesites or occupancy rights have been promised. Phased housing is part of the mission, but dwelling count, land permissions, infrastructure and funding still need to be established.
What does “all rights intact” mean?
The starting goal is land without encumbrances and with all required rights intact. Surface ownership, minerals, water and access must be verified separately. No property has yet been certified as meeting the requirements.
Can we participate without contributing money?
Yes. Register your family and participation interests without a financial pledge. Buying community products, helping operate facilities, sharing skills, volunteering and learning all have a place. For those who want to pledge money but need flexibility, a private hardship discussion is also available.
Who sees our information?
Your signed-in spokesperson and authorized organizers can access your record. Names, family details and individual contribution intentions are not displayed publicly.
How do I get help or register on paper?
Speak with the designated organizer at MGT-GCC or FOI class, or at the Wednesday or Sunday meeting. Use the same family spokesperson to avoid duplicate household records.
