Your information stays private

Colorado NOI Community Land Trust is an organizing initiative. This site collects information to coordinate participating families, understand their skills and record voluntary organizing commitments.

What we collect

Your account email and name, a protected password record, family profile, voluntarily supplied member details, skills, volunteer service offers and availability, contact preferences and any signed organizing statement. We also retain basic security and record-change logs. Do not enter financial-account details, government identification, medical information or children’s birth dates.

Who can access it

Your signed-in spokesperson can view and update your household profile. Appointed organizers may access records needed for their duties. There is no public family directory. Records are stored on the project’s Hostinger VPS; technical administrators can access that infrastructure.

Family member permission

Only list adults who agree to having their information included. A parent or guardian must authorize any minor’s information. First names or initials are sufficient for children. Listing members is optional.

Contact choices and corrections

You may register without opting into project updates. Update your contact choice and profile in My family. For account recovery, record deletion or a correction to a signed statement, speak with the designated organizer at a class or weekly meeting. Signed statements retain their original text; a new statement is kept as a dated revision.

Retention

Organizers will review inactive inquiries after twelve months and remove unnecessary information. Agreements and any later financial records may need longer retention under the policy adopted with professional advice. A deletion request may therefore require review before all records can be removed.

No payments or advertising tracking

This first version does not collect money, card numbers or bank information. It uses sign-in cookies to protect your account and does not include advertising trackers. A registration or organizing statement does not create an ownership interest, guarantee housing or establish a charitable deduction.
